STRING PLAYERS, SINGERS, PIANISTS

The Newburgh Music Festival is a 10 day long immersive young artist program for string players, singers, and pianists
with a focus on solo repertoire, chamber music, and art song. Program includes daily private lessons, coaching sessions, masterclasses, lectures, and performances.

Participants will have a chance to work with internationally renowned faculty every day,
to collaborate with other talented students, and perform in front of a dedicated audience.

The chamber music repertoire will be assigned in advance. Complete knowledge of
individual parts and strong familiarity with the piece as a whole will be required from every student.
Repertoire for solo performance in the festival will also be discussed and decided
upon in advance. Students ages 15 and up are encouraged to apply.

We hope to see you here this summer! Apply today!
